Dialer Control

Dialer Control handles manual calls, autodial runs, list imports, browser audio, and runtime notes.

Features and useability will be modified if complained about too much. Everything loved will stay the same.
Sign In / Sign OutSigns the operator into or out of the dialer.Use sign-in when you want recognized access instead of only the session password. If your account cannot access the dialer, that means you do not have access yet. Contact org admins or email support to verify or change access.
Connect Browser Audio / Disconnect Browser AudioConnects or disconnects the browser from the conference.Use only with the browser operator type when you add browser audio to hear and communicate on calls. These buttons are hidden in Phone operator mode because the operator audio path is the phone call.Browser type may have lower qaulity compared to other operator types based on the browser your using (e.g. Edge, Chrome, Opera...), browser permissions to use audio, and computer CPU.
Importing & Refreshing Campaign Leads / Uploading CSV Leads / Load CampaignsLoads the prospect list into the dialer.Either upload and import a csv that includes phone numbers, select a campaign, or manually enter a phone number before trying to dial. Platform staff may need to enter an Organization ID before loading campaigns. The dialer will not work without phone numbers to dial.
Auto Start From Selected / Auto Jump To SelectedStarts from or jumps to the selected row.Use when auto dialing and the dialer should begin at a specific prospect.
Start Call (Manual) / Call Prospect (Manual)Starts the operator conference and dials the prospect.Use these in manual flow when you are controlling each step yourself.
Qualified (Dial Buyer) / Hangup BuyerDials the buyer/transfer number for live transferring the call to another number.Hanging up the buyer/transfer number will keep the prospect on the line with you, and remove the buyer/transfer number.
Drop From Call & Not Interested/QualifiedAfter transfering prospect, dropping the call will take you off the line, and leave the buyer and prospect call going. Pressing Not Interested/ Qualified will process as a rejection and hang up you and the prospect.
Auto Start / Pause / Resume / Auto StopControls for auto dialing.Use these to start, pause, continue, or stop automatic calling. The actions will take affect after the current call or call being dialed.
End All CallsAttempts to terminate all active calls running in the background for the current operator.Use this first when the dialer feels stuck. If there is still a problem, email support
