Recommended workflow

  1. Select the organization.
  2. Create or open the campaign you want to manage.
  3. Attach the CSV with Import Leads CSV when you need new leads.
  4. Save the campaign, refresh the team, and assign leads when the team is ready.

Data Pool

Use Data Pool after import to review lead records, filter outcomes, and export the current result set.

Sign In / Sign Out / Refresh SessionStart or re-check the session for the data table.Use if Data Pool is blank or says the session expired.
Apply FiltersRuns the current filter controls against the stored leads.Use after changing org, campaign, status, or search inputs.
ResetClears the filter state back toward the default result set.Use when the current filters are too narrow or confusing.
Download CSVExports the visible results to a CSV file.Use when staff need the filtered lead set outside the page.
Prev / NextMoves through paginated lead results.Use while auditing large lead sets page by page.

What staff usually do here

  • Verify the lead records after an import.
  • Check outcome, DNC, or campaign filters before exporting a subset.
  • Answer questions about whether a lead exists in the system already.

Quick rule

If the change is about org membership, start here. If the change is broader platform access or page permission, move to Operations Control.
