Platform Staff

Operational user who works leads and calls rather than setting broader access rules.

- Use Team Access when the change is org-specific.

Common mistakes
- Trying to import CSVs in Data Pool instead of Campaigns.
- Trying to fix platform staff access only from org-level pages.
- Looking for billing-history on the Payment Portal page or vice versa.
